These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and EpicWin8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the EpicWin8 website located at epicwin8.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

EpicWin8 is an online sports betting and live casino platform serving users in Malaysia and select international markets. Our platform offers a range of gambling-related entertainment services including sports wagering, live dealer casino games, slots, lottery, and other digital gaming products.

By accessing the EpicWin8 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using EpicWin8 immediately and refrain from creating or accessing any account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the EpicWin8 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's EpicWin8 account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonus amounts credited to an account in connection with a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the EpicWin8 platform for Malaysian users.
• "Platform" means the EpicWin8 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated digital services accessible via epicwin8.cam.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who is ineligible to use EpicWin8 as defined under Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Services" means all betting, casino gaming, live dealer, lottery, and other entertainment products provided through EpicWin8.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying bets before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from a User's EpicWin8 account to a verified external payment method.

To register and maintain an active EpicWin8 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing EpicWin8 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your country or territory.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of EpicWin8 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a previously excluded or banned user whose account has been suspended or terminated by EpicWin8 for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts must be registered and operated by the named account holder for their own personal entertainment.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual User may register and maintain only one (1) account on EpicWin8. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address.
• Create a unique, secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Notify EpicWin8 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Update your account information promptly in the event of any change to your personal details.

EpicWin8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Account Security

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. EpicWin8 staff will never request your password via any communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

EpicWin8 is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is in place to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and account misuse.

Users will be required to submit the following documents upon request:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport — showing full name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the past three (3) months and showing your registered name and address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note with the current date and "EpicWin8".
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, a screenshot or photo of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., e-wallet account screen showing registered name, without revealing sensitive account numbers).

EpicWin8 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation on business days. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. EpicWin8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

6.1 Deposits

EpicWin8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20.

The minimum deposit is RM30 for most methods. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) deposits carry a higher practical minimum of approximately MYR 100 due to network fee structures. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000 for bank and DuitNow methods. E-wallet methods carry a maximum of RM10,000 per transaction, subject to individual e-wallet provider limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the EpicWin8 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed where identified.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. EpicWin8 targets the following processing timelines:

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes after approval
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 5 to 15 minutes after approval
• Direct bank wire: 15 to 60 minutes after approval

All processing times are estimates. Completed KYC verification and a clean account status are mandatory prerequisites for withdrawal approval. EpicWin8 reserves the right to apply additional checks on withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 2,880 or where unusual account activity has been flagged.

6.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). EpicWin8 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit confirmation.

All bets and wagers placed on EpicWin8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, lottery, or bingo. Product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all EpicWin8 products include:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation. Pending or unconfirmed bets may be voided without liability on the part of EpicWin8.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or manifest pricing error, EpicWin8 reserves the right to void any affected bet and refund the staked amount to the user's account balance.
• EpicWin8 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict specific markets, or decline bets from any account at its sole discretion and without notice.
• Any bet placed using exploited software vulnerabilities, bot activity, or artificial intelligence tools will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• Winnings credited to an account following a manifestly incorrect price or rule error will be reversed without prior notice, and the correct outcome applied where determinable.

For sports betting markets, EpicWin8 covers Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and a broad range of international fixtures. In-play betting is available on selected markets and is subject to real-time odds changes that reflect live match conditions.

EpicWin8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with individual offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x rollover requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds remain active in your account, individual bets are typically capped between RM250 and RM500. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to rollover. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Unused or un-rolled bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per Person: Only one bonus may be active at a time per account. Bonus stacking is not permitted unless explicitly stated in a specific promotional offer.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on EpicWin8 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with any part of the platform
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits
• Use of stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform software
• Laundering proceeds of criminal activity through the platform
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing EpicWin8 on behalf of, or sharing your account with, any third party

EpicWin8 employs real-time monitoring and fraud detection systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice, pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the associated account balance may be permanently forfeited.

All content on the EpicWin8 platform — including but not limited to the EpicWin8 logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, game interfaces, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of EpicWin8 or its licensed content partners.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the EpicWin8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any EpicWin8 content without prior written authorisation.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of EpicWin8 intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EpicWin8 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the EpicWin8 platform or any of its services
• Any errors, interruptions, or delays in platform operation caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or game result on the platform
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays attributable to external payment providers

EpicWin8's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

EpicWin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder
• Regulatory or compliance requirements applicable in the account holder's jurisdiction

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon termination.

Dormant Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. EpicWin8 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via registered email before applying a monthly administrative fee of RM25 to the dormant account balance, until either the account is reactivated or the balance is exhausted. Users are advised to contact [email protected] to reactivate a dormant account and waive the fee.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which EpicWin8 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents EpicWin8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing prohibited conduct.

EpicWin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the EpicWin8 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
